• Assists patients with problems and complaints, reconciling and resolving patient account discrepancies.
• Prepares deposits and balances receipts; makes remote deposits to bank accounts.
• Promotes Financial Assistance program when appropriate.
• Serves as cashier window and handles patient payments and inquiries.
• Reconciles Remittance Advice accounts by tracing transactions and comparing original documents.
