Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and staff with billing and authorization issues.
• Maintains spreadsheets, statistics, and other postings for the accountant.
• Maintains, verifies, and reviews monthly reports.
• Verifies data collected on patients.
• Works closely with the compliance department to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Receives, reviews, and distributes U.S. mail and interoffice mail appropriately.
• Collaborates with dispatch to review and provide financial information on potential trips, transfers, and standbys for customers.
• Verifies all payments and postings with third-party billing companies and collection agencies.
• Performs audits of work completed by third-party billing companies as needed.
• Provides new hire training and annual training to all Arrow staff.
