What to Expect

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for our front desk co-patient advocate position at our Byron Center location. This is a full-time role, 30-40 hours per week. The starting wage is $19.00/hour, with room for growth and discussion based on experience.

This role will include but is not limited to:

  • Greeting patients warmly and invitingly
  • Answering phones professionally and pleasantly
  • Managing check-in processes, including data entry, collecting insurance cards, and other documentation
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling insurance authorizations
  • Collecting co-payments

Qualified candidates will be:

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks
  • Capable of multi-tasking effectively
  • Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing
  • Experienced with computers and professional phone and interpersonal skills (preferred)

Medical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
