You will be part of a high-performing team creating exceptional patient experiences and building relationships with customers. The Senior Patient Access Advocate is an integral member of Evernorth Care Group's multidisciplinary care team, working under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician to support patient calls and inquiries. The role involves providing professional, courteous, and friendly assistance to our customers.
For remote work, a reliable broadband internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required.
