$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting patients through every step of the access process, from benefits verification to claim resolution. You’ll serve as the primary contact between patients, providers, payers, and pharmacies to ensure access is smooth, timely, and financially supported.

This Role Is NOT Entry-Level

To be considered, you must have:

  • Experience within a HUB environment or manufacturer-sponsored patient services program
  • Hands-on work with copay assistance, prior authorizations, or insurance denials
  • Familiarity with specialty medications, reimbursement workflows, and payer systems

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating prior authorizations, benefits investigations, and appeals for specialty therapies
  • Guiding patients through enrollment in copay and financial assistance programs
  • Partnering with providers and pharmacies to resolve access barriers
  • Managing complex insurance workflows across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
  • Documenting all case updates in internal systems (Salesforce, CoverMyMeds, etc.)
  • Meeting productivity and service level expectations in a high-volume remote environment

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a HUB, specialty pharmacy, or reimbursement role
  • Knowledge of payer coverage guidelines and pharmacy/medical claims
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce, CPR+, CoverMyMeds, or comparable platforms
  • Excellent communication and case coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, metric-driven setting

Bonus If You Have:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent healthcare credential
  • Background in oncology, neurology, HIV, or rare disease patient access
