Job summary

H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Patient Advisor to support the administrative operations of our upscale plastic surgery center. This role primarily sits in our Southpark office, with a 9am-5pm weekday schedule.

You will handle calls, scheduling, and patient records to ensure smooth patient experiences. Ideal candidates have 2 years in a medical office, familiarity with Nextech EMR, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2 years working in a medical office environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls.
• Provide excellent customer service etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients.
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information.
• Collect basic patient information.
• Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform.
• Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed.
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise.
• Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician.
