H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a full-time Patient Advisor in Charlotte, NC. The role supports administrative functions, answers patient calls, schedules appointments, and maintains patient records using Nextech EMR. A minimum of 2 years in a medical office and a high school diploma are required; dermatology/plastic surgery experience is preferred.

The position offers competitive pay, bonus potential, health benefits, and paid time off, with standard Monday–Friday hours in an upscale practice.

Formación

• 2 years in a medical office environment.
• Excellent customer service etiquette.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Nextech EMR experience preferred.
• Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
• Provide excellent customer service etiquette
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
• Collect basic patient information
• Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform
• Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
• Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician
