Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge for our Baylor Scott and White contracted hospital. You will welcome patients and guests, manage badges, and support a secure entry environment at multiple hospital entrances.

This role requires strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting. Part-time and full-time shifts available, with varying day/evening/overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Must pass criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, vendors and patients; issue visible badges.
• Enter visitor data into the hospital database with privacy compliance.
• Monitor screening equipment and follow safety workflows.
• Assist guests with inquiries and directions.
