Job summary

Primary duties include assisting with registration, collecting demographics, posting payments, and handling routine inquiries while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in a patient services or medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties including check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and collect demographics.
• Answer phones and direct patients to appropriate waiting areas.
• Process payments and post charges as required.
• Provide accurate information to patients and support staff.
