Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge to welcome patients and visitors at the hospital entrances, delivering courteous, efficient service in a safety-conscious environment.

Positioned at all hospital entry points, this role supports Baylor Scott and White Public Safety, helping maintain privacy, provide directions, and respond to inquiries while adhering to HIPAA/PHI standards. A high school diploma is preferred, with customer service experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Arrive and check-in all visitors, vendors, and patients, and issue visible badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital database while protecting patient privacy (HIPAA/PHI).
• Monitor screening equipment and follow established workflows.
• Report anything suspicious to Public Safety for evaluation and response.
• Assist patients and guests with inquiries, directions and questions about the facility or services.

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $19-$19.50 per hour.Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is going to be dependent on Hospital business volumes which can include AM, PM and Weekend Shift times. This will be discussed during the interview. This role collaborates directly with Baylor Scott and White Public Safety to ensure a safe and secure environment for all hospital entrants.
