Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Guest Services Concierge to provide personalized services to guests and patients. You will greet visitors, share information on local amenities, and refer needs to appropriate services while maintaining a welcoming lobby area.

Responsibilities include assisting patients and families, escorting to hospital areas, resolving issues, and keeping information current on facilities and attractions.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, families and visitors in a friendly professional manner.
• Answers questions and lists local amenities, including dining, hotels, restaurants, flower shops, bus schedules, airline info, car rental, and pharmacies.
• Identifies and reports visitors, guests and patients needs; resolves issues or escalates to supervisor as required.
• Provides escorts for patients and visitors to hard-to-find hospital areas; refers to services addressing needs and concerns.
• Maintains standards of customer service excellence.
• Maintains current information and materials regarding facilities, services and local restaurants and attractions.
• Cleans and reports status of assigned equipment; maintains lobby and surrounding areas cleanliness.
