Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas seeks a Guest Services Concierge to welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, local information, and coordinate escorts as needed, following department guidelines.

You will handle inquiries, maintain lobby cleanliness, and support exceptional customer service during rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; prior hospitality or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and visitors.
• Comfort using basic computer software and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, families, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provides information on local amenities, dining, hotels, and services.
• Identifies needs and escalates to supervisor as required.
• Offers escorts to patients/visitors and refers to appropriate services.
• Maintains lobby cleanliness and current information on facilities and services.
