Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in patient access, admissions, billing or related.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff with daily assignments and support staff development.
• Train and mentor patient access staff and provide input on performance.
• Greet patients and deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Schedule appointments and pre-register patients with accurate information.
• Respond to patient inquiries and explain healthcare services and insurance coverage.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations and apply them daily.
