You will work under the Manager of Patient Access to promote continuous improvement, train colleagues, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Patient Access Services or related area; lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily operations of the assigned team, ensuring efficient performance.
• Responds to problems and assists leadership in removing barriers to performance.
• Maintains relationships with clinical departments through daily interactions and meetings.
• Assists with staff scheduling and coverage during planned or unplanned absences.
• Provides staffing coverage for patient scheduling, registration, and financial clearance as needed.
• Monitors performance via direct observation and system reports; ensures training and retraining as needed.
