Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of the assigned team, maintaining systems and controls for efficient performance.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and recruitment, including onboarding and training of colleagues.
• Monitor team performance via reports, and provide retraining and guidance as needed.
