The role requires an Associate's degree or relevant experience, plus at least three years in related work and two years in supervision. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or comparable experience; enrolled in program.
• Experience: Three years relevant work experience and two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Special Skills: Strong customer service, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily oversight and support to patient access staff.
• Monitor and coordinate patient and call flow to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain appropriate staffing to perform patient access functions.
• Optimize productivity by monitoring staff schedules and coverage.
• Provide coaching and corrective feedback to staff.
• Complete and maintain reports for performance management and compliance.
