Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a proven leader to mentor and guide Patient Access teams across various shifts. This role focuses on maintaining service quality, supporting staff through training, and driving adherence to registration and revenue cycle processes within a hospital setting.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex policies while ensuring operational goals are met.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to mentor staff and guide daily work
• Experience in Registration/Patient Access processes preferred
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provides daily mentoring and training to new and existing staff.
• Assists in short/long range planning for Registration Process areas.
• Maintains customer service and resolves staff issues.
• Enforces department policies and helps implement new policies.
• Monitors daily activity and produces performance/metric reports.
• Performs Patient Access functions as needed.
• Acts as part of management to meet operational goals.
