Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions is hiring a Patient Access Supervisor to mentor staff, oversee daily workload, and ensure compliant handling of accounts. You will support short and long range planning for Registration, Admitting, Scheduling, ED and clinics, monitor performance metrics, and participate in the management team to meet operational goals. Strong leadership and revenue cycle knowledge are required.

Role is on site in a hospital setting and requires flexible hours to meet department demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 4+ years in healthcare or related admin role preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Experience in Patient Access or revenue cycle helpful.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new hires and existing staff.
• Assist in planning for Registration, Admitting, Scheduling, ED and clinics.
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies and develop new procedures per hospital guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and generate performance/financial reports.
• Perform Patient Access functions as needed.
• Participate in management to meet operational goals.
