Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Patient Access Representatives.
• Serve as subject matter and technical expert.
• Train staff to enter accurate orders, demographics and insurance information.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and collect out-of-pocket liability.
• Backfill for staff during PTO/EO or absences.
