Huron partners with Baystate Health to jointly manage the entire Revenue Cycle department, driving operational excellence and financial performance while ensuring a patient‑first experience. As part of this collaborative model, the Patient Access Supervisor plays a key leadership role in second‑shift operations, overseeing front‑end revenue cycle functions that directly impact patient satisfaction and organizational success.
This position is located in Springfield, MA and is an onsite position.
Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000. The salary is a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting and will vary based on multiple factors. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
