Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate the activities of assigned staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Works with the Patient Access Manager to coach staff and drive performance while overseeing training and onboarding.

Responsibilities include managing registration workflows, monitoring productivity, and providing regular reports on key metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-year/Associate degree or 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees; ensures duties are completed daily.
• Provides training for staff and monitors daily productivity.
• Manages scheduling, attendance, and on-call rotations to align with policies and minimize overtime.
• Assists with developing department processes, training, audits, and staff coaching as needed.
