You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to ensure excellent customer service and compliant operations. The role requires on-call duties and collaboration with leadership to optimize staffing and workflows.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and pre-registration duties with staff.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Monitor productivity and generate reports on key metrics.
• Manage staff scheduling and on-call rotation.
• Coach staff and implement corrective action as needed.
• Participate in department process improvements and AI-driven initiatives.
