Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Pre-Access Supervisor to oversee patient access operations and drive efficiency. You will manage registration workflows, staff performance, and KPI reporting while collaborating with clients to enhance front-end processes.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervision in healthcare or business and a strong analytical skill set. Remote work is available with occasional travel to client sites and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• High degree of analytical ability and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements using AI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the patient access/pre-access team and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Manage scheduling, training, and staff development for process optimization.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff and address issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and continuous staff development to improve patient satisfaction.
• Assist with department process documentation and auditing to maintain standards.
