Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor Champion to lead registration teams at the Stamford, CT site. You will coordinate duties, train staff, monitor productivity, and report on performance to ensure high-quality patient access services.

Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business, plus a related degree or equivalent. You will support onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• 2 Year/ Associates Degree or 4 year/ Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees.
• Ensures registration and pre-registration duties are completed daily.
• Provides training to staff.
• Monitors daily productivity and communicates to staff.
• Provides and reviews reporting to track department performance in key metrics.
• Assigns and coordinates staff schedule, including rotation, time off, and call-offs.
• Minimizes overtime while maximizing productivity.
• Responsible for upfront collection process tracking and monitoring.
• On-call rotation days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Assists with staff evaluations and development.
