Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Patient Access operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee ADT, admissions, discharges, and transfers; manage scheduling and EMR issues.
• Develop workflows to improve accuracy of patient data and financial processes like pre‑authorization and government programs.
• Collect and analyze data; generate reports to support department training and improvements.
• Mentor staff, plan schedules, maintain appropriate staffing, and drive performance and change management.
