Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity checks, gather insurance info, and process physician orders.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility responses and support POS and billing processes to assist clean claim rate.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and payment information.
