Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to lead staff in patient registration and pre-access operations. You will coach, train, and oversee day-to-day activities to ensure compliant, efficient service and optimal performance in revenue cycle tasks.

You will partner with Patient Access Leadership to develop processes, manage schedules, and drive coaching, reporting, and performance improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• CHAM certification or CRCR certification required.
• Experience in patient access or revenue cycle environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees.
• Monitors daily productivity and communicates with staff.
• Provides and reviews reporting to track department performance (PSR, wait times, overtime, productivity).
• Assigns and coordinates staff schedules, including rotations, time off, and call-offs.
• Manages upfront collection process tracking and coaching as needed.
• Assists with staff training, education, and development; conducts audits for performance.
