Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Senior Specialist to ensure a seamless patient experience during registration and access within the healthcare revenue cycle. You will be the onsite first point of contact, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance while supporting KPIs such as registration accuracy and first-pass claim rates.

You will mentor peers, conduct audits, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access or registration within healthcare.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and comply with regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and access at point of service.
• Maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance in the revenue cycle.
• Audit processes, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate as needed.
• Train and mentor other associates to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Support leadership in process improvements and cross‑facility coordination.
