Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of related work experience demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Registration department to ensure fast, accurate patient access services.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling processes for staff and patients.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance; manage scheduling, training, and staffing levels.
• Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations; approve timecards.
