Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Registration department's daily operations, coordinating scheduling and prior authorization to deliver efficient patient access. You will monitor staff activities and ensure outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, experience with EMR systems such as Meditech or Epic, and a proven track record in leadership and process improvement within a hospital

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred Associate's Degree.
• Regulatory knowledge related to Admissions and Financial requirements.
• Strong scheduling and registration background in EMR systems (Meditech and/or Epic).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Registration; monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling; ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff training, performance reviews, and timecard approvals.
