Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of regulations related to Admissions and Financial requirements.
• Strong scheduling and registration background in EMR (Meditech and/or Epic) system both on the telephone and patient facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Registration department.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling processes for staff and patients.
• Monitor budgets and manage overtime; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule, supervise, audit, and evaluate staff activities.
• Interviews candidates and participate in employment decisions; mentor staff.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement changes.
