Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Nashua, NH is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate assigned staff, ensuring safe, efficient operations and excellent customer service. You will train staff, monitor productivity, and manage scheduling while supporting the Patient Access Manager in day-to-day operations at Covenant - St Joseph Hospital, Nashua.

Responsibilities include coordinating registrations, coaching staff, preparing performance reports, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-year/associate degree or 4 year/bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration duties with direct and indirect reporting staff.
• Provide training and monitor daily productivity and reporting.
• Schedule staff and manage time off and call-offs.
• Oversee upfront collection processes and set coaching directions.
• Participate in on-call rotation including days/nights/weekends.
• Assist with department processes, audits, and staff development.
