Conifer Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor in Lebanon, NH to guide and mentor staff, manage daily work effort and ensure proper handling of accounts.

You will supervise Rep, PA I-IV, support planning for Registration processes, maintain high customer service, enforce policies, monitor activity and generate performance reports to achieve operational goals. Must be available for on-call and comply with vaccination requirements.

Formación

• Thorough knowledge of computer systems in Health Care Information System.
• Clear understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Regulatory Agencies required.
• Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides daily support/mentoring/training to new hires and existing staff in Patient Access.
• Assists in preparation for short and long range planning for Registration Process areas (Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, ED and offsite clinics).
• Maintains positive customer service and assists staff in resolving issues.
• Enforces departmental policies and aids in policy development and implementation.
• Monitors daily activity and prepares performance/metric reports (e.g., financial clearance).
• Performs all Patient Access functions as needed.
• Acts as part of the management team to meet operational goals.
