Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of customer service experience.

• High School Diploma or GED; CRCR certification within 6 months.

• Assigns accurate MRNs and completes medical necessity checks with proper patient instructions and insurance information.
• Operates the telephone switchboard for incoming/outgoing/inter-office calls.
• Provides excellent customer service with appropriate compassion and adherence to policies.
• Pre-registers patient accounts and collects demographics, insurance details, and financial liabilities.
• Utilizes auditing/reporting systems to ensure account accuracy and meet audit standards.
