Job summary

Guidehouse is hiring a Patient Access Lead to oversee front-end intake operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will guide frontline staff, monitor data integrity, and partner with IT and clinical leadership on process improvements.

The role requires 4–8 years in Patient Access or Healthcare Revenue Cycle, with an emphasis on EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and data analysis. A high school diploma is required; a university degree is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Patient Access, Medical Billing or Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Advanced proficiency in Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end patient intake operations to ensure quality measures.
• Provide guidance to frontline staff and ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, NSA.
• Lead audit/root-cause investigations and present findings to clinical/administrative leadership.
• Generate dashboards and reports tracking performance metrics across departments.
