The ideal candidate has at least one year of hospital registration or central business office experience and a High School Diploma or GED; more experience in registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and manage patient flow at Guest Service and other Patient Access areas.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to external and internal customers.
• Serve as a resource person to the Patient Registration staff and assist with time and attendance, denials, and work queue reports.
• Assist with other Patient Access responsibilities as assigned.
