Responsibilities

• Set patient expectations and ensure a positive patient experience for pre-registration and financial clearance activities.
• Initiate authorizations for non-scheduled hospital admissions and scheduled procedures as assigned.
• Respond to referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance verification inquiries while navigating multiple hospital systems.
