Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee registration staff orientation, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and scheduling to meet daily volumes.
• Communicate patient flow issues to management.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; edit as needed.
• Explain consent for treatment, financial liability, and HIPAA to patients.
• Initiate performance management for ongoing issues.
• Assist with collecting outstanding balances and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance registration efficiency.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
