WellSpan Health seeks an experienced supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the Patient Access department. You will oversee staff, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to meet regulatory and payer requirements.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, policy development, and performance monitoring to maintain efficient patient access workflows during evening shifts. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Patient Access department and staff.
• Ensures accurate collection and entry of financial and demographic information.
• Coordinates arrival, registration, and pre-service responsibilities with clinical and administrative staff.
• Develops and maintains area policies and procedures; monitors goals and quality.
• Plans and supervises projects; reports, resolves errors and unreconciled items.
