The ideal candidate demonstrates service excellence, confidentiality, dependability, and strong communication with patients, families and colleagues. Prior leadership and experience with EMR systems and patient access workflows are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for the role.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating schedules preferred.
• Familiarity with Kronos payroll/timekeeping.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and patient access processes.
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care.
