• Front office functions: scheduling, referrals, and patient registration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling of new patients into the hospital system.
• Oversee patient eligibility communication with insurers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and guest relations.
• Supervise front desk, scheduling and other non-clinical staff.
• Manage patient appointment scheduling, registration, and verification workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics related to efficiency and satisfaction.
• Assist with referrals, navigation, and follow-up coordination.
• Train and coach staff on policies, confidentiality, and service standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient access and experience.
