This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
• Attention to detail when collecting and entering patient information.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Complete accurate patient registrations for outpatient and inpatient services.
• Verify eligibility and benefits; obtain precertifications as needed.
• Determine and collect patient payments at the time of service.
• Explain registration forms and required documentation to patients.
• Communicate with clinical staff to support efficient admissions.
