Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to ensure a smooth patient experience by pre-registering and registering patients, scheduling procedures, and collecting accurate demographic and billing information promptly.

The role includes interviewing incoming patients or associates, entering details into software, and coordinating with ancillary departments to support patient access services with strong communication and independence. On-site in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in clerical work, medical terminology, medical office settings, registration, or billing preferred.
• Familiarity with word processing and computer applications desirable.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities
