• Schedules new and follow-up appointments; communicates cancellations to providers.
• Completes government, regulatory, financial, and contractual forms per procedure; ensures scans are saved.
• Uses price estimation tool in registration to provide accurate patient estimates.
• Aims for upfront collections including deposits, estimated amounts due, co-pays, and prior balances.
• Participates in QA by using system work queues and reducing registration errors.
