Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verifies key ADT information (insurance verification, demographics, etc.) for accuracy.
• Schedules all new and follow-up patient appointments and communicates cancellations to providers.
• Completes and documents governmental, regulatory, financial, and contractual forms per procedure; ensures proper scanning/storage.
• Uses price estimation tool to provide accurate estimates during registration.
• Meets target for up-front collections including deposits, estimated amounts due, co-pays, and/or prior balances.
• Participates in departmental QA by using system work queues and reducing errors.
