Atrium Health seeks a Patient Service Specialist for the Shelby Urgent Care site. This full-time role supports the front desk, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and cash handling to ensure a smooth patient experience.

40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts including holidays and weekends. Training will cover front-end tech use and adherence to health-system policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred.
• Customer relations experience required.
• Computer experience required.

• Encourages patient use of front-end technology during the registration process.
