OSF HealthCare is seeking a Patient Access Associate in Urbana, IL to ensure each registered patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record, including demographics, insurance, and registration details, while explaining services and financial responsibilities to patients over the phone or in person. You will use strong problem solving and communication skills to support patients and families.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year in an office clerical setting or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and website navigation.
• Ability to complete role-specific revenue cycle training within 12 months.

• Explain services and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Assist with demographics, insurance, and registration.
