Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure each registered patient has a complete OSF medical record.
• Explain services and financial responsibilities to patients in person or by phone.
• Provide excellent patient service and create a positive first impression of OSF’s services.
• Utilize deductive reasoning to resolve issues in multi-payer environments.
