• Schedule appointments and confirm patient information.
• Explain insurance and billing policies/procedures to patients.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
• Obtain pre-authorization for procedures as needed.
• Handle patient questions, concerns and issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff or manager.
