Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information, and enter into systems.
• Schedule appointments and confirm patient information.
• Explain insurance and billing policies and procedures to patients.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
• Obtain pre-authorization for procedures as needed.
• Handle patient questions and escalate complex issues to patient access senior staff or manager.
